Tom and Paula Suriano have been involved in the building of custom homes for over 30 years. They started in the Forked River area in New Jersey and Tom began walking out his dream job, framing and then later building custom homes throughout South Jersey. As time moved on Tom and Paula decided to come south and replanted in the Myrtle Beach area in 2011. Since then, they have had great success in a new home far away from their New Jersey roots. Suriano Homes took a new expression as Tom and Paula became featured builders for two of the finest new home, custom communities in Waterbridge and Waterway Palms Plantation. Tom continues to branch out and has built all around the Grand Strand region and recently obtained his contracting license for North Carolina to match his South Carolina license.

Tom and Paula are both dedicated strongly to the local church and take part in many local and national missions ministries. They are helping on a church leadership team, Tom has worked hard to establish a strong and thriving mens’ ministry and they volunteer as a family on local outreaches and missions trips to serve struggling people. Tom is a regular serving at the local Community Kitchen serving the hungry.

The heart in ministry and the heart in building is the same, it beats to see people know the love of God and to know that every person has a hope and a purpose. Building homes, and helping to build lives, this couple has grown through the years in knowledge and experience and love the opportunity to help others along the way.
